We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Simply visit our online portal to print a prepaid return label and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' with specific measurements. Since our outdoor gear is designed for layering, we recommend sizing up if you plan to wear heavy knits underneath our jackets.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all High Country Outfitters apparel comes with a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers zippers, stitching, and hardware under normal wear and tear conditions.
